If, however, you require this material for Nursing Home and Hospital applications it can be supplied in Crib 5 on a special order basis.

 This is an extremely comfortable and luxurious feeling material. This is better to the touch than leather but comes with the added benefit of being water resistant, totally breathable and will not react to the environment,ie it will not fade in sunlight, or crack. It also has the benefit of being man made so animals are used in its production. Brisa is supplied for the domestic market but for Nursing Home and Hospital applications it can be supplied in Crib 5 on a special order basis. |

Castor wheels are either fitted with or without a brake. Castors are fitted as standard on the Comforter 502 Supreme. |
 This is a man made fabric which is water resistant, breathable and easy to clean. As standard this passes Crib 5 fire standard and can therefore be used within a nursing home or hospital type environment. |
If your sitting for long periods of time in your chair you may benefit from one of our Pressure Relief Cushions to help you maintain a greater degree of comfort.The Pressure relief cushion are made to order to match the riser recliner chairs and have an extended delivery of approx 6 weeks from order. If your not sure, always take advice from your doctor or healthcare professional who knows your condition best. |
If you live in an area that suffer electric power loss, the riser recliners are fiited with the battery back up system to enable you to operate the chair in the event of a power failure, to help you get out of the chair. The battery back up pack uses two 9v batteries. (Use a branded product such as the Duracell Plus 9v battery.) Do not use a cheap battery that will let you down in an emergency |

SmartTek handcontrols the New self diagnostic system for our riser recliner chairs. Through the green LED lights system we can identify if there are any malfunctions easily over the telephone saving time, and money, making unnessary callouts and visits by service engineers. |
If you suffer from problems with circulation or lumbar pains, you may benefit from our Heat and Massage unit that can be controlled in zones and intensity by the easy to use hand control. If you need a liitle more support to make yourself more comfortable in our riser recliner chairs, additional headrest pillows are available in the same fabrics to match your chair. Headrest Pillows are supplied as standard on the Comforter 502 Supreme. |
The legrest extension is fitted to the chair to offer more support to the back of your heals when the standard length footboard is not long enough. The legrest is available in the same fabrics to match your chair. The legrest extension fold underneath the footrest panel when the chair moves into the seating or standing position.
